“I am very excited to be opening Vince’s Pizza Express in City Center Hagerstown,” says business owner Roberto Gonzalez. “I opened my first one 26 years ago in Smithsburg and have grown the business. The one in City Center is my seventh Vince’s Pizza. I believe our patrons will enjoy our food and the convenience of our take-out and delivery services.”

Hagerstown pizza lovers now have a new place to visit downtown, Vince’s New York Pizza Express is open for business at 66 East Franklin Street in Downtown Hagerstown in the Arts & Entertainment District. Vince’s Pizza is the six Pizza restaurant opened by Roberto Gonzalez.
Their pizzas are entirely handmade, with hand-tossed crust. Homemade bread prepared daily, There are no conveyer belt ovens at Vince’s; they use a traditional deck oven just like it was done in the old days. While those big chains use bagged cheese, they shred the mozzarella fresh every day, and make their pizza dough from scratch daily. The recipes have remained unchanged for over two decades.

As featured in the National Pizza Magazine, Vince’s has proved itself as something much different than your typical pizzeria. The restaurant pioneered new ground first in Smithsburg as the first to offer both delicious Italian cuisines with traditional Mexican dishes.
